Order Processing Timelines

All standard orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order

confirmation email or SMS.

Processing occurs Sunday through Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or official Egyptian

public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, a shipping confirmation notification along with package

tracking information will be issued to your registered phone number or email address.

We deliver nationwide to all Egyptian governorates. Shipping fees are dynamically adjusted at checkout based on the final delivery address zone. Below is our standard regional tier breakdown:
